]]> El Chorillo near Almeria has been used as a location for several big budget productions including Exodus: God & Kings, Assassin’s Creed, Penny Dreadful & Game of Thrones.  A couple of weeks ago a friend was refused access to the area by security as there was a new set being built but they refused to say it was for or give them any information at all. Today (Sunday, Mañana day) another friend just walked straight in and took a load of photos. After some investigating it seems that this set may be for the up and coming Adam Anders movie ‘Road to Bethlehem’.

]]> If you fancy having El Condor as a next door neighbour then this may well just be right up your street. Sergio Leone’s Once Upon a Time in the West set of Sweetwater, McBain Ranch is up for grabs for a cool 2.8 Million Euros…. An Iconic film set that needs some new input, I last visited in about 2013 and spent about an hour there but for the average visitor you’d be hard pushed to spend that long as that as there is very little going on and it isn’t made obvious as to why it was such an important location. In the right hands I’m sure it could be vastly improved upon as a tourist attraction.
